The spacious, well-laid-out room was perfect for us, especially with the separate toilet and wet/dry areas. The kitchenette was a lifesaver for preparing breakfast. Proximity to Shin Osaka Station and nearby landmarks made it easy to explore, while the cozy leisure areas allowed for relaxed family time. We appreciated the tablet communication with staff, though a more traditional reception might help with quick responses. a very comfortable and convenient experience!

The location was comfortable and particularly good, close to Family Mart. Moreover, it's near Shin-Osaka station and a convenience store and the Shinkansen station.

Check-in was super strange since there's no one at the front desk. We had to trek back to the station with our bags before waiting hours. Seriously, a bit frustrating! A friendly face would've made a big difference, you know?

everything about this hotel is perfectly fine. i liked the staff, they are very attentive. i have stayed in an a double room with a microwave oven, a fridge and a dining area. its location is convenient, close to nakajimasosha. recommend the venue.

The quadruple room was super spacious, and i loved that it accommodated four people comfortably with bunk beds. The room was close to the shin-osaka station. Plus, the self-service check-in was a convenient touch with the video setup!

Had a fab 5-night stay! Loved the spacious room with a washing machine and the handy warm air in the toilet for drying clothes-who needs a dryer? Plus, a Family Mart nearby was perfect for midnight snacks!

But trying to sign into Netflix on the projector was a comedy of errors! And the double bed was more like a cozy cuddle than a true queen.
